Dr. MMS: We are yet to pass the Right to Food Act. Once we do that every one can eat.

Dr. MMS: We are yet to implement Right to Education Act. Right now we are pushing it to private sector. Once we do that properly Children can hope to be educated properly.
Reporter: When can we have uninterrupted power?
Dr. MMS: We are yet to properly implement the Nuclear liability Act. Once we do that you can have uninterrupted power.
Reporter: When can we have Water Security?
Dr. MMS: We are yet to implement the Linking of National Rivers. Once we do that you can get good water.
Reporter: People starve while Food rots in FCI Go down. When will this get rectified?
Dr. MMS: We are yet to revamp PDS once we do this it will get rectified.
Reporter: But why are you so brazenly saying all this?
